Scenario C: The Difference Between a Hawk and a… What?

I once had a client ask: “What’s the difference between a hawk and a…” and trailed off. I assumed they meant “a hawk and a dove” – a common business metaphor for aggressive vs. collaborative negotiation styles. But they were actually comparing two forklift models: the “Hawk” series and the “Dove” series (both made by a previous supplier).
